Arsenal Box Membership Terms
Please review these Arsenal Box Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Arsenal Terms and Conditions.
1. Quarterly Memberships. A “Quarterly” Membership consists of an initial product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional Box sent out each quarter thereafter.
If you sign up for a Quarterly Membership, you will be immediately billed $100.00 USD (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase and that quarter’s Box will be the first Box you receive. The specific Box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use. Your Membership will continue according to our Quarterly schedule and your PayPal account will be charged $100.00 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) up to a month in advance of the subsequent Quarterly Box shipment date, and every quarter thereafter.
1.1 The display of the Membership box on the site invites you to make us an offer to buy the Subscription. Your order is an offer to buy the Subscription, which we accept only by shipping the Subscription Box ordered. Any confirmation that you receive after placing an order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer, and is subject to correction before shipment in the event of inaccuracies, errors, Product unavailability, or for any other reason. Membership is subject to rejection due to direct or indirect violation, misappropriation or infringement on a third party’s intellectual property or other right, or any social media platform terms or violation of any law, rule, or regulation, or interference with any third party’s ability to use or enjoy, or our ability to provide, the Services or Site.
The Arsenal Quarterly Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each quarter ($100.00 USD, plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your PayPal account. Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership, you will continue to be charged as described above.
2. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.
In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at info@thearsenalbox.com, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR PAYPAL
There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. For Quarterly Memberships, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next Quarter. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
3. Additional Items to Purchase. At times, we may offer the sale of exclusive products from former boxes that may be purchased at any time. These additional items are sold separately from membership boxes.
4. Taxes and Shipping and Handling. Stated prices for Membership and other products (including Additional Items) do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments.
